The idea that everything that exists in this manifested world can be reduced to and understood thru 4 basic elements comes from the dawn of times. Those teachings have been an essential part of the old science that came to us thru the Egyptians but we found them also all over the world, in Chineese culture, in the Native american culture…

During this week of practice we will gather in the South of Aveyron, a very beautiful land known for its mysterious sculptures of godesses dating back 3500 BC, its red Earth, its medival villages amongst the most beautiful in France and it’s round crosses that can be found everywhere in the landscape and speak of the mysticism of this land.

We will dive into the understanding of the 4 elements and how they are connected to our own life and everything that surrounds us. We will learn and practice series of movements to connect us to the essence of those elements, look into our own personal history to see how they manifest in our lives, practice TRE® and breathing technic, to release patterns of thoughts and behaviors and access our deepest self. We will also walk the land of South Aveyron to establish a connection with the Earth, the rivers, the animals, the trees, the stones, the Sky and the Spirit of the land.

In times of change, when nothing is for sure anymore, we will come back to the essence of who we are as human beings in order to become conscious of how to create and maintain a balance between the different forces at play.

We will have 4 full days of workshop and 2 days of excursions. We will also attend 2 concerts of sacred music in the ancient Abbaye of Sylvanès that is hosting a world famous international festival of sacred music.

As an option we are also proposing a 2-3 days event – from Saturday to Tuesday – at a reduced cost: One day of practice around the Theme of the Earth element and one day of tour.

We will be staying at the Valrance center, in the village of Saint-Sernin-sur-Rance which is famous for La Dame de Saint Sernin and Victor the wild child.

Cost:

Cost of the 6 days of practice including the concerts: 360 € before July 13, 400 after.

Cost for the 2 days option from Saturday to Tuesday morning: 150 € before July 13, 180 after.

Cost of the lodging and meals in rooms of 2: 75 € / person / day: 525 € for 7 days or 225 for the 3 nights only option.

sheets are not included and there is a 3,5 € extra fee for rental to be paid on place.

Closest airport is Toulouse. Then 20/30 mn Shuttle bus from airport (8€) to main Toulouse train station (Gare Matabiau) and train to Albi (one hour train) at:
